This car has a strong chassis with significant side impact protection, (side mounted radiators), much safer than a traditional Clubman. The chassis has been TIG welded in critical areas including suspension links otherwise Nickel bronze was used.
Wishbone suspension is Racing car style, using spherical bearings and rod-ends, with pull-rod actuated AVO coil-over dampers.
Front brake rotors are Subaru with Wilwood calipers, Rear brakes use Mazda RX7 rotors and calipers.

Tyres currently fitted are almost new Nankang NS2R 22545R16 (8" rim) & 20545R16 (7" rim), both sets of wheels included.
50 litre fuel capacity; 2 x 25 litre foam-filled petrol tanks are located in a protected area.
5-speed gearbox with RH gearshift, as for traditional open wheel racing cars.
Provision for full harness seat belts.
