This well known Queensland Group Nc Torana is a GTR XU-1 clone with a LJ body built in May 1972. First developed by Greg Burrowes, in 1994, it ran at Lakeside’s Historic Queensland in 1995. Originally the car was finished in the standard, but quite rare, GMH Linamint and now presents in a definitely more vibrant ‘ Kermit Green’. In October 2005 the GTR passed to David Malone who for the next 8 years was active in SE Queensland sprints and hill climbs with some circuit work at Morgan Park, Warwi

One of 2 x A9X’S used by Bob Morris to win the 1979 Australian Touring Car Championship (ATCC). Raced Bathurst 1000: 1977 and 1978. ATCC outright wins in 1978 and 1979. 3 owners from new, original cams logbook.
