This is a 2008 BMW M3 in fantastic condition, it is an English import by the previous owner, who imported the car but without an import approval. As such he was given 3 options by the department of infrastructure, re-export the car, have it crushed, or import it as a race car. As the owner did not have a race car licence, he sold it to me and I imported it as a race car – the vehicle has NEVER been on a race track (YET).

Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild. I have a Japanese Coupe which was purchased for spare parts. Car is nearly complete has had some damage that was repaired with new parts. may not be registerable in Australia due to the way it was imported need to check with Authority.
