This car was last raced at Phillip Island in 2016. It qualified 2nd but spun in the wet and hit a guard rail in a side front impact that bent the chassis frame. A new frame was bought and most of the supports radiator elements and cowls were replaced. The car's front suspension was not damaged and the wheel alignment is as perfect as it was when the pre-race work and oil changes were done before the event. Time to go unfortunately, 1965 Chevy Belair, new build not quite finished. Set up for A Gas and or 1/8th mile. Diff - new Chevy 12bolt with Lenco spool 5.44 gears and Summers Bros axles and "C" clip eliminator kit new tailshaft. Wheels are 15x14.5 Centreline Pro stocks with 32in slicks, 15x5 frontrunners. New roll cage, tubs etc. Torana front end and steering with SPAX adjustable front shockers. Engine set up for Big Block Chev. Extractors to suit Big Block Chev, Fuel cell and spares ROLL

Raced at the Bathurst 1000 and in the ATCC between 1979 and 1983 Afterwards it became a club car racing in Marque Sports category from time to time.
