This car was built by Paul Trevethan for Mark Johnson and was first Log Booked in November 1998. The original Lotus road car was badly damaged so a Mk.1 Cortina shell was sourced and built to full Lotus specifications and retains the original Lotus identification plates. Following an engine bay fire last year the car has had an extensive rebuild with every part checked and/or replaced. 1961 Ausper Formula Junior T3 Chassis: T 304-2 Very rare Ausper Formula Junior, likely to be one of only two remaining cars. Recently campaigned in the FJHRA/HSCC Silverline UK Championship although eligible for many other events worldwide. The car has current HTP (see images above) and has just been fitted with a newly rebuilt Richardson engine which has been dynoed at almost 130 bhp.
