This car was built by Paul Trevethan for Mark Johnson and was first Log Booked in November 1998. The original Lotus road car was badly damaged so a Mk.1 Cortina shell was sourced and built to full Lotus specifications and retains the original Lotus identification plates. This well known Queensland Group Nc Torana is a GTR XU-1 clone with a LJ body built in May 1972. First developed by Greg Burrowes, in 1994, it ran at Lakeside’s Historic Queensland in 1995.
