The Holden Special Vehicles SV5000 was a proper V8 bruiser and was built in very limited numbers (359 in total) between 1989 and 1991. Based on the VN Commodore, the SV5000 started life in Holden’s Elizabeth plant in South Australia before being transferred to the boffins over at HSV, who were located in Notting Hill in Victoria at the time. E46 M3 track car. Used for hill climb, super sprint, time attack (only ever single timed laps rather than multiple laps run at speed). As such it has probably done less time at competitive speed than other race cars do in one meeting (I can provide further details of this on request). Selling my beloved e46 m3 due to lack of use. Factory manual, with numerous upgrades to turn it into a capable turn key track car, as well as fast road cruiser. Maintenance is fully sorted with the “big 3” done, along with head rebuild and fixing/ replacing anything as it was needed. Paint is good interior is good save for some blemishes.
