This well known Qld Group Nc Torana is a GTR XU-1 clone with a LJ body built in May 1972. First developed by Greg Burrowes, in 1994, it ran at Lakeside’s Historic Queensland in 1995. Originally the car was finished in the standard, but quite rare, GMH Linamint and now presents in a definitely more vibrant ‘ Kermit Green’. Seamless mild steel tube chassis, funny car driver's style cage (20” at seat base, 18” at shoulder H 38”) will fit 6’1” 181lb driver. Rowe strut disc front with rack & pinion. 4 link, new Koni coil over shocks, new springs, 9” rear end, new SPE 40 spline floater 11/16 drive studs, 5 on 5.5, Wilwood 4 spot disc brake callipers.
