1988 VAN DIEMEN FORMULA FORD $48,000 This car chassis number 1249 was the yellow prototype for the 1988 Van Diemen with Allan McNish involved in the development. Seamless mild steel tube chassis, funny car driver's style cage (20” at seat base, 18” at shoulder H 38”) will fit 6’1” 181lb driver. Rowe strut disc front with rack & pinion. 4 link, new Koni coil over shocks, new springs, 9” rear end, new SPE 40 spline floater 11/16 drive studs, 5 on 5.5, Wilwood 4 spot disc brake callipers.
