This car was last raced at Phillip Island in 2016. It qualified 2nd but spun in the wet and hit a guard rail in a side front impact that bent the chassis frame. A new frame was bought and most of the supports radiator elements and cowls were replaced. The car's front suspension was not damaged and the wheel alignment is as perfect as it was when the pre-race work and oil changes were done before the event. 1961 Ausper Formula Junior T3 Chassis: T 304-2 Very rare Ausper Formula Junior, likely to be one of only two remaining cars. Recently campaigned in the FJHRA/HSCC Silverline UK Championship although eligible for many other events worldwide. The car has current HTP (see images above) and has just been fitted with a newly rebuilt Richardson engine which has been dynoed at almost 130 bhp.
