1969 Volvo 142S Group N Race Car Fantastic entry into Historic racing. Solid and reliable, exciting and affordable racing. I’ve owned and raced the car since 2018, but a new race car means the Volvo must go. Fresh engine (sealed) put in two meetings ago. Very fast cars for their period and the best brakes in the field. Sprint Special Legend Cars '34 Chev bought new as one of the last two 1250 Legends in Australia. Brand new Blitz engine. This BMW race car was built to a very high standard by Karl Begg in 2016, and then subsequently maintained and improved by Garth Walden and his gun team at GWR Australia continuously since my purchase from KB in 2017. Car has had an easy run under my ownership, competing only in the NSW PTC state championship from 2018 through to 2023 - with reduced appearances in the Covid affected years. Won B2 Class and second in the club championship in NSW PTC 2023. Very quick car in the right hands.
