FA Class Historic Formula Ford. Bowin cars and designer John Joyce hold an important place in Aust FF history. The car is located in Nowra NSW in very good condition and ready to drive. This BMW race car was built to a very high standard by Karl Begg in 2016, and then subsequently maintained and improved by Garth Walden and his gun team at GWR Australia continuously since my purchase from KB in 2017. Car has had an easy run under my ownership, competing only in the NSW PTC state championship from 2018 through to 2023 - with reduced appearances in the Covid affected years. Won B2 Class and second in the club championship in NSW PTC 2023. Very quick car in the right hands.

Third formula 3 built by Ron Tauranack and raced successfully by Jim Sullivan (the driver of the year to Europe 1964) From 65 to 70 owned by Promecon. Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild. The present and only the fourth owner Graham Dell purchased all the parts and totally rebuilt to a very high standard. In actual fact only driven by Jim Sul
