Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild. Originally built for the Australian Motor Racing Series. Raced once but series stopped. Since then the engine was rebuilt with best components available.
