This Mallock U2 was built under license in New Zealand in 1969 using all the usual components. It raced successfully for 10 years when it was purchased by a prominent racer/constructor as a base for a sports racing car to compete in the SCANZ national sports car championship during the 1980's. This car is a time attack/road car. Has seen some races at lakeside. Always used Penrite 10 tenths on it, replaced oil filter after every race. Replaced Oil, Gearbox and diff oil every year. It was build and tuned to be very reliable, its only getting 184 kw at 4800rpm, 379NM @ 4500rpm.
