This car was last raced at Phillip Island in 2016. It qualified 2nd but spun in the wet and hit a guard rail in a side front impact that bent the chassis frame. A new frame was bought and most of the supports radiator elements and cowls were replaced. The car's front suspension was not damaged and the wheel alignment is as perfect as it was when the pre-race work and oil changes were done before the event. This 72 Camaro is a project I started to build for the Australian Tans Am class. It has been caged and had the floor modified to suit the correct gearbox and where the muffler will sit. It has also had the pedal box master cylinders installed. The only thing missing is the 2 front guards.
