Genuine 1974 MGBGTV8 in excellent condition. Only 1,839 produced with chrome bumper. This vehicle has had a fortune spent on it and was on club plates till 2019. The previous owner Brett McManis competed in historic group S racing with this car. The car was prepared by Bob Rountree, engine capacity 3522CC. This car was last raced at Phillip Island in 2016. It qualified 2nd but spun in the wet and hit a guard rail in a side front impact that bent the chassis frame. A new frame was bought and most of the supports radiator elements and cowls were replaced. The car's front suspension was not damaged and the wheel alignment is as perfect as it was when the pre-race work and oil changes were done before the event. With the 100 years of MG celebrations currently happening, it is a great time to own a MG. This MG B is set up for racing, however, can be registered under Classic Vehicle Registration. Has had plenty of performance work done to it and has recently had a considerable amount of money spent on refreshing it. I can share information with those who are serious.
