This car was last raced at Phillip Island in 2016. It qualified 2nd but spun in the wet and hit a guard rail in a side front impact that bent the chassis frame. A new frame was bought and most of the supports radiator elements and cowls were replaced. This race-winning car was driven by Paul Stokell in the 1990 Driver to Europe Series. It has been restored to the highest standard and has been lightly raced since. The car is entered for the 2024 Phillip Island Classic in March and is in race-ready condition, complete with a Certificate of Description.

Third formula 3 built by Ron Tauranack and raced successfully by Jim Sullivan (the driver of the year to Europe 1964) From 65 to 70 owned by Promecon. Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild.
