Genuine V8 SS, mostly built and maintained by Ron Misssen before he retired (Ron has built quite a few famous Bathurst & Championship winning Touring Cars). Car is road registered as a Tarmac Rally Car and is log booked with Motorsport Australia. I developed the car mostly for track days/hill climbs/super sprints etc. but it has only been used on test and tune days so everything is fresh. The Mildren Cooper Climax Type 51, never previously offered for sale but after almost 40 years of ownership, imminent retirement from racing forces it's sale. Third formula 3 built by Ron Tauranack and raced successfully by Jim Sullivan (the driver of the year to Europe 1964) From 65 to 70 owned by Promecon. Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild.
