The Ford XW Falcon GTHO Phase II is arguably the toughest of all the GTHO models Ford made. With all of the 267 examples produced having “solid” 351 4V Cleveland engines, 31 spline Top Loader gearboxes and differentials. Falcon GT enthusiasts would argue that the Phase II is their favourite. This example, restored approximately 15 years ago in its original colour of Diamond White with saddle interior. This is the 3rd car built by Jack Pryor and Clive Adams and was apparently modelled of the Stan Coffey Cooper Bristol that Clive had driven on occasion.
