Roll Cage
Great little track/hillclimb car. Fitted with 1.8 turbo and AWD, sticks like glue. CAMS cage, surge tank and Bosch 044 pump setup in the boot. New windscreen to be fitted on sale for new owner, can assist with transport either in the state or interstate. Little use snce purchased 4 years ago. Sad to see it go, loss of job forces sale. I’ve owned this vehicle for over 20 years and selfishly not done anything with it , time for a full restoration and return to the track after a 50 year absence . Was built in 1966 as Chimaera Mk 3 with BMC B series engine and cigar shaped body and raced by Frank Brewster. Peter Turner bought it in 1967 , renamed it Grantinni and upgraded to a larger capacity B series engine and raced at Templestowe , Calder , Hume Weir and Winton before rebuilding the car in 1969 with new rear bodywork and a Ho
