Elfin MR8c. Ex Cooper, Perkins (1979 Rothmans winner), Pironi (1980 AGP 3rd), Sam Shahin. Stunning restoration by K&A that is a credit to its previous owner. 1961 Elfin Zephyr Special. No.14 of the first 23 Elfins ever made. Built by Noel Heard & Gary Cooper using a 2.6 L Zephyr 6 cylinder motor. Noel raced it in the 1961 Grand Prix. Won many hill climb championships, this is a great piece of Australian motor racing history. Noel completely rebuilt the car in 1998. The car has been used very little since. It is logged as a group M car with many photos & trophies. Sadly, Noel Heard is no longer with us but he was a wealth of information about the car

The Nota Major was the 29th car produced by the Nota factory in Sydney to the order of Mr. Barrie Garner whose intention was to win the prestigious NSW Hillclimb Championships and he succeeded by winning it in 1962. This is a genuine NG Elfin with build plate EP 002 and comes with current log book and COD. It has had extensive development work and is a front running car with top HP engine, weight reduction where allowed and sorted steering and suspension. It comes with 2 sets of wheels and spares include a nose cane, brake drums, trailing arms, distributor, front shocks and assorted items. Wheel alignment bars are also included. Last outing at Phillip Island Festival of Speed qualified 3rd out of 16 cars.
