The AMC Javelin is an American front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, two-door hardtop automobile manufactured by American Motors Corporation (AMC) across two generations, 1968 through 1970 and 1971 through 1974 model years. The 1972 model year Javelins featured a new “egg crate” front grille design with a similar pattern repeated on the chrome overlay over the full-width taillights. The AMX version continued with the flush grille. A total of 15 exterior colours were offered with optional side stripes.

Please read this advert completely before ringing so you know what this is. This is a 2008 BMW M3 in fantastic condition, it is an English import by the previous owner, who imported the car but without an import approval. As such he was given 3 options by the department of infrastructure, re-export the car, have it crushed, or import it as a race car. As the owner did not have a race car licence, he sold it to me and I imported it as a race car – the vehicle has NEVER been on a race track (YET).

Professionally Australian built with American know-how. Motor is a fully worked big block Chrysler (253 cube) 3 speed gearbox, with USA quick change diff. Has triple Rotchester cars and an all alloy body. The tyres are racing 600x16 Dunlops, done 20hrs. The car itself had never been damaged and is well looked after. 2000 GC8 WRX Rolling Shell, was being built for Tarmac Rally and has a CAMS certified cage. Does not extend to the front towers at this stage, although the strut tops have had cromoly plates added over them and the A pillar to chassis rails have extra bracing. Has sill jack points also. The cage has double diagonal bracing throughout and gussets everywhere. Seat mounts are welded in also. Was a clear title undamaged road car and has been kept indoors since it was pulled off the road in 2014/15.

Road registered club car, just completed. This car was my daily driver up till 2012 when it was put into storage. Interior has been semi stripped (parts kept), motor rebuilt, new clutch, MCA suspension, belts, almost standard just made better.
