The Nota Major was the 29th car produced by the Nota factory in Sydney to the order of Mr. Barrie Garner whose intention was to win the prestigious NSW Hillclimb Championships and he succeeded by winning it in 1962. 2000 GC8 WRX Rolling Shell, was being built for Tarmac Rally and has a CAMS certified cage. Does not extend to the front towers at this stage, although the strut tops have had cromoly plates added over them and the A pillar to chassis rails have extra bracing. Has sill jack points also. The cage has double diagonal bracing throughout and gussets everywhere. Seat mounts are welded in also. Was a clear title undamaged road car and has been kept indoors since it was pulled off the road in 2014/15.
