The AMC Javelin is an American front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, two-door hardtop automobile manufactured by American Motors Corporation (AMC) across two generations, 1968 through 1970 and 1971 through 1974 model years. The 1972 model year Javelins featured a new “egg crate” front grille design with a similar pattern repeated on the chrome overlay over the full-width taillights. The AMX version continued with the flush grille. A total of 15 exterior colours were offered with optional side stripes.

A very quick car that goes really really well, and sounds glorious - the 3.0i Busso V6 is known to be one of the all time great engines. If I was keeping it I would put a set of 17" teledials on it. ( I have a set of 16" teledials, so they will go with the car, just needs spacers (supplied) to clear the Brembos - Only selling as I have a race project on the go (yes, it's an Alfa......) 2000 GC8 WRX Rolling Shell, was being built for Tarmac Rally and has a CAMS certified cage. Does not extend to the front towers at this stage, although the strut tops have had cromoly plates added over them and the A pillar to chassis rails have extra bracing. Has sill jack points also. The cage has double diagonal bracing throughout and gussets everywhere. Seat mounts are welded in also. Was a clear title undamaged road car and has been kept indoors since it was pulled off the road in 2014/15.
