The AMC Javelin is an American front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, two-door hardtop automobile manufactured by American Motors Corporation (AMC) across two generations, 1968 through 1970 and 1971 through 1974 model years. The 1972 model year Javelins featured a new “egg crate” front grille design with a similar pattern repeated on the chrome overlay over the full-width taillights. The AMX version continued with the flush grille. A total of 15 exterior colours were offered with optional side stripes.

1995 GTR33 track car, not complied, whole shell was seam welded. weld on full cage .trust bonnet and front bar. RB26 engine dismantled waiting for re build, spun a bearing, 350kw at wheels on E85. has N! bottom end , virgin bore for rebuild, good head with Tomei cams and all usual machine work, plus a brand new head RB26 same work done. been using a Mamba 3582 single ,no issue. plus pair of HKS 2530 ,dyno time only. Hi Guys, Selling my R33 GTR as shown. This car is very well equipped and absolutely solid. Was formally used many moons ago as a Targa Tasmania entrant and as such could easily be used for this again. I purchased the car as a road going/registered car and used it as such for a year, then inevitably the itch got the better of me. Third formula 3 built by Ron Tauranack and raced successfully by Jim Sullivan (the driver of the year to Europe 1964) From 65 to 70 owned by Promecon. Then purchase by Fred Opert of the USA, third owner Joe Bosworth raced as a formula Ford for 10 years in USA. Race logbook goes with car. Brought back to Australia and disassembled to rebuild.
